What We Do   At ENVIRON are committed to applying the methods and materials involved in Sustainability and ecologically responsive shelter. As Architects we are technically trained and experienced as artists, problem solvers, designers, and specifiers for buildings. As professional members of the American Institute of Architects we are also involved in furthering the body of knowledge about Green Construction practices.   What does this mean?   We provide experience in the design of residences, new commercial and industrial facilities, renovations and adaptive reuse . We seek whole solutions to building programs. We are attentive to budget constraints and good business practices while not limiting creative solutions or building forms. We also possess the expertise, resources, and research needed for integrating the various strategies needed to make a building Green. (See 5 Principles)   As Architects and builders we provide hands-on experience in solar design, indoor air quality design, and the use of ecologically benign materials. Well versed in conventional residential and commercial building design we seek to use this understanding in the service of environmental concerns.   As Architects we graphically visualize design ideas. Whether as loose sketches or Computer 3D renderings and animations, we communicate possibilities to our clients. From designs we produce the construction documentation (blue prints and written specifications) needed for an efficient construction process. During construction we are experienced in administering owner contracts with contractors.   In summary, we program, design, specify, produce construction documents for and administer construction contracts for buildings with sustainable features.
